The process of sublimation allows for almost all graphics, logos, text, names and numbers in any colour to be applied to the fabric of the garment. As a result, all sublimate products do not need any added embellishments and extra costs associated. A Dye Sublimation process uses special heat-sensitive dyes to print graphics, logos and text onto special transfer paper. The printer enables digital pictures to be rendered in print form in a very realistic and details fashion. Colour may be slightly different when applied to different materials. Also, different fabric weaves cab also give colours a different result. It is important that PMS colours are provided to make sure colours are correctly matched.
