TERMS OF TRADE

A written quote will be presented prior to order, a deposit invoice will be issued for the deposit. All quotes are valid for 30 days, and the company reserve the right to amend any aspects of the quote. Profile Teamwear will only process orders with a deposit payment. Therefore, a 50% deposit is required before the commencement of production for all orders. No orders will be processes without a deposit payment.

We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless the products have been found faulty after details examination by our Production team.

Any orders are normally dispatched within 1-2 business days; however, please allow extra 3-5 business days for deliveries within Australia. Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.00 pm WST, excluding public holidays in which might vary in different states.
